I have read several articles and different post on different
forum site. I have got to realize that not every Nigerians who surf the net
with their mobile phone knows how to request for their browser default
settings.
This made me put pen input paper, writes this article and
decided to publish it on this blog.
On your mobile phone, go to message, create a new message. Send
each message for each network…
How to request for
GLO default settings
Type in the keyword “WAP” and send it to 739.
i.e. WAP to 739
How to request for
MTN default settings
Type in the keyword “SETTINGS” and send it to 3888.
i.e. SETTINGS to 3888
How to request for
Airtel default settings
Type in the keyword “WAP” and send it to 232.
i.e. WAP to 232
How to request for
Etisalat default settings
Type in the keyword “WAP” and send it to 790.
i.e. WAP to 790
Note: Immediately this message is delivered, you will get a
message stating that your mobile phone has been configured for browsing.
