Few weeks ago, I shared tutorial on how to get Airtel 1Gigabyte data bundle for just 1,200naira and since then I’ve been receiving messages
from people asking how they could use their Blackberry GLO BIS on PC since it
is the cheaper.
So, today I will be sharing tutorial on how you can use your
GLO BIS on PC.
How To Get Started
- Get a GLO sim card, subscribe for GLO BIS.
And how do I subscribe?
You can subscribe for monthly plan by sending COMONTH to
777, cost 1,500Naira
Or weekly plan by sending COWEEK to 777, cost 400Naira
- After the subscription, remove the sim card, and insert it to your modem.
- Plug the modem to your PC and go to your modem platform
- Click on Tools, and then Options
- Another page comes up, click on Profile Management and then New
Input the data the below
Profile Name: GLO
BIS
APN: (Tick on
Static) Blackberry.net
Leave others, click on Save and then Set as Default
Go back to your start page and click on Connect
