Burning CD and DVD is made possible with the use of a
software called NERO, but in this post, you will get to learn how you can burn
a CD without the use of any software.
There are several storage devices which include: memory
cards, flash drives, hard disc, portable storage
devices and lot more… but I
still prefer CD and DVD because they are not easily affected by virus. I don’t know about you!
You can burn your CD/DVD just by following my steps
below.
How to get
started
How to burn CD/DVD on windows XP
1. Insert a writable CD in the CD-ROM
2. The autoplay notifies you that you have inserted a CD
3. Open the CD folder
4. Go to you’re the folder containing the files you which to
burn
5. Drag all the files you which to burn from the original
folder to CD
6. At your left hand side of the CD folder, Click on “Write these files to CD”
7. Afterward, CD Writing Wizard window will appear
8. Name the CD and click on “Next”
You have successfully burn your CD.
That’s all.
How to burn CD/DVD on windows 7
1. Insert a writable CD in the CD-ROM
2. The autoplay notifies you that you have inserted a CD
3. Open the CD folder
4. Go to you’re the folder containing the files you which to
burn
5. Drag all the files you which to burn from the original
folder to CD
6. At your left hand side of the CD folder, Right Click on your
CD/DVD as shown in image below and 7
7. Click on Burn to disc.
8. Then Click on Burn,
now burning will start automatically.
9. You can rename the CD before burning, if you mind.
