Creating contact form for your Blog or website helps
users get in touch with you. The Contact form doesn’t require any programming
and it is absolutely free.

If your Blog or website visitor wants to contact you, he
can contact you by entering his details in the contact
form and type his
message. The message gets delivered to your mail box.
How to get started
1. Visit www.foxyform.com
2. On Settings section, tick on the field you want to be displayed on the contact form
3. On Advanced
Settings section, select your Background color, Font color, Font and Font size. Make sure it blends with your blog template or theme
4. On Target
e-mail address section, enter the email address where you want to be
receiving the messages sent through contact form
5. After you have successfully done the first three steps, click on Create Formular
6. Your contact form html displays, copy the code and embed it with the page want it to be displayed.
