Are you on facebook? Hope you’ve add me? Since the day I
created my facebook account I’ve been receiving facebook notification by email.
Sometimes when I add people or people add me, comment on people’s wall or
people comment on mine, message and photo tags. This had made my email box
loaded with facebook notifications to the extent that I didn’t have chance to
read a personal mail. I’ve got up to 10,000 facebook notifications, which keeps
giving me headache.
Few days ago, I decided to turn off my facebook email
notification and it really worked for me. Since then I
haven’t been receiving
notifications by email.
You can easily turn off your facebook email notification
by following the steps below.
How to get started
1. Log in to your facebook account
2. Click on Notification and then Settings
3. A page loads up, at the front of Email, click “Edit”
4. Tick on “Only notifications about your account, security
and privacy”
5. A message pop up, click on “Turn off”
That’s all.
You can as well
turn off your facebook notification via your email.
1. Click on any notification from facebook
2. At the bottom of the post, you will see “Unsubscribe”
3. Click on “Unsubscribe”
You have successfully turn off your facebook notification
via email.
